Context

A cooking-recipe site whose whole point is search: finding the right dish among fifty recipes from a word, an ingredient or a utensil.

The challenge

Instantly finding the right recipe by combining free text — name, ingredient, description — with filters by ingredient, appliance and utensil.

What I did

React application, search and sort algorithms written in JavaScript, three filter lists that combine with the main search, recipe cards showing preparation time, ingredients with quantities, and steps.
