In short

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. The only personal data processed is what you send me voluntarily through the contact form or by email.

Data collected and purposes

Contact form: name, email address, company or project name (optional), type of need, budget (optional) and message. This data is used solely to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Audience measurement: the site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which set no cookies and collect no personal identifiers. Statistics are aggregated and anonymous.

Technical logs: the hosting provider keeps connection logs (truncated IP address, pages viewed) for security purposes, for a limited period.

Recipients and transfers

Form messages are delivered through the Resend service (Resend, Inc., United States) to my mailbox. Data is hosted by Vercel. These providers are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR, using standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the European Union.

No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and at most three years after the last exchange if no collaboration follows. Where a contract is signed, data is kept for the statutory accounting and tax retention period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@eztebe.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, with strict security headers (HSTS, CSP). The contact form is protected against automated submissions without relying on a third-party CAPTCHA.
